In light of the recent tragic event at Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Opening Ceremony will donate 100% of all profits from the Celebrating Pride 2016 collection to the Pulse Victims Fund. 
The Pulse Victims Fund is a crowdsourced GoFundMe project affiliated with Equality Florida, the state's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization. Per Equality Florida's page, all donations will be distributed to family members of the Orlando shooting victims.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?
We offer free domestic ground shipping on US orders of $100 or over.

Does my order qualify for a free return? 
We offer complimentary returns on qualifying purchases within the United States only. Click here for more info. 

What forms of payment do you take? 
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Opening Ceremony E-Gift Cards

Where do you fulfill orders from?
All orders are shipped out of New Jersey and New York. In an instance where a multiple-item order cannot be fulfilled in full through one of these locations, your order will be split into two separate packages with only one shipping fee, which will be quoted at checkout. Following your split order you will receive two separate email confirmations with separate tracking numbers.

What if I need to make a change to my order regarding address, shipping methods, or the order itself?
Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been placed and submitted. In situations where you may have entered the wrong address, shipping method, or there is a product discrepancy, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at online@openingceremony.com and we’ll do our best to help. Before submitting your order, please carefully review all cart items, payment, and shipping details.

Will I be taxed?
We only charge sales tax to residents living in New York (8.875%), New Jersey (7.00%), and California (8.75%). Orders outside of the US will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. Opening Ceremony Online is not responsible for the payment of this duty. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local UPS customs office at 1-800-742-5877.

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit card charges will only be applied upon order shipment. Pending charges may immediately appear on your credit card statement as a mode of verifying your account. However, your card is only charged when your order is ready for shipment. In the event that you cancel an order or an item becomes unavailable, the pending amount will disappear or be reduced accordingly. (Please note that the time for pending charge removal or adjustment can be longer for debit cards.)

What happens if an item I’ve ordered is actually unavailable?
By virtue of their uniqueness and exclusivity, some of our products are available only in limited quantities. Because of this we cannot always guarantee their availability. If an item in your order becomes unavailable or delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship, and we do not bill you for items that are not available. A pending amount may appear on your billing statement immediately after placing your order as a measure to authorize your card. The amount will not be processed until the time of shipment; any pending amounts will be updated or removed.

Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or over! 
We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $100 or over shipping within the U.S. with the UPS Ground Shipping method selected.

What is the average delivery date for both domestic and international orders?
 

All Opening Ceremony domestic and international orders are shipped via UPS. 


All domestic orders sent within the contiguous United States will be processes and shipped out within 1–2 business days (for Alaska or Hawaii, please consider one additional day). 

Orders outside of the US will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. Opening Ceremony is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please consult your local customs office for more information. 


How do I track my package online?
Every order dispatched from our fulfillment center will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Please visit www.ups.com to track your package. 


What will happen to my package in the case of a service delay? 
Opening Ceremony Online is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather conditions or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for courier-related issues, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact UPS with any inquiries about the status of your package at 1-800-742-5877, or e-mail our Customer Service department at online@openingceremony.com.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or Fleet Post Office addresses.


What happens with returned packages or failed deliveries? 
In the case where UPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Opening Ceremony Online is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In addition to this, Opening Ceremony Online is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund minus any original shipping costs paid to the payment method used. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number.  Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a Return Authorization Number. To receive a Return Authorization Number, please reply to the order confirmation email and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return. You can also email us directly at e-mail returns@openingceremony.com.


Free Returns
Opening Ceremony online offers complimentary returns on qualifying purchases within the United States only of orders of $100 or over. Within 14 days of the delivery date, full-priced merchandise other than Final Sale exclusions (listed below), are eligible for a free return using the prepaid label provided and a Return Authorization Number. 



Return Policy Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item—including belts, shoe boxes, eyewear cases, authenticity cards, and dust bags—must be included and returned in its original condition to be considered eligible for return. All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in it's original condition. Any footwear returned without its packaging or with postage labels attached will not be accepted. Items received that do not meet these standards will be sent back to the customer.  


Sending back your Return 
Not happy with your purchase? Follow the steps below to return your order. 

1. Get a Return Authorization Number 
Within 14 days of receiving your order, please request a Return Authorization Number by replying to the order confirmation email, specifying the return item and your reason. You can also email us directly at: 
returns@openingceremony.com.

2. Prepare your Return 

We require your return be shipped in the manner it was received with all original packaging and garment tags included. For your convenience, we've enclosed a prepaid return shipping label. Don't have a label? Contact us

3. Drop off your Return

Within 2 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number, drop off your package at a local UPS store or a UPS authorized shipping center.

Unauthorized Returns
Any merchandise sent back to Opening Ceremony Online without a Return  Authorization number will incur a non­-negotiable re-stocking fee at 30% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping. To request a Return Authorization number, e-mail returns@openingceremony.com and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for this request.

Can I return or exchange my items at the Opening Ceremony retail stores?

No. All online orders must be returned directly to Opening Ceremony Online with a Return Authorization number, which can be requested by e-­mailing returns@openingceremony.com.

Do you offer returns or exchanges for international orders?
 

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the US.


What about electronics/tech products?
All electronics/tech items are final sale. Warranty issues should be addressed through the item's manufacturer.

Do you offer price adjustments or price matching?
