Opening Ceremony Women's Fall/Winter 2012: Part 1

BY Alice Newell-Hanson | Mon. September 17, 2012 | 12:00 AM | OC
This fall, Opening Ceremony journeys into the Argentinean Pampas and Patagonian ice fields! In keeping with the spirit of OC's recent featured country, our latest collection is about braving the great outdoors. Classic OC shapes take on new textures for the journey south—cozy up with mohair dresses, shearling coats, and cable-knit sweaters covered with pompoms—while lurex adds icy shine to mini skirts and crepe blouses. Taking up the frosty motif, patterned organza pieces feature a unique OC print. Developed specially for the collection, the swirled multicolor pattern is based on a found photograph of a glacier!
