French Crêpes for Mardi Gras!

Our French intern Laura cooked up a storm in the OC online kitchen today for Mardi Gras!

It's a fact that no one can dispute: French people like to eat. Aujourd'hui, we have the perfect pretext to dedicate ourselves to this activity as it's Mardi Gras, which literally means Fat Tuesday.  We may have lost sight of the holiday's religious origins today to focus on the array of delicacies we are allowed to eat (Mardi Gras is the day before Ash Wednesday when everyone indulges in whatever yummies they swear off for Lent). But among these, crêpes are a must. So I decided to share my mother's recipe, tested and approved by the OC online staff. Bon appétit!

Recipe makes about 20 crêpes.
