We offer free shipping & returns on all orders over $100 shipped within the US!
To request a return for your online purchase, you may request a label by emailing us at [email protected], or visit the store nearest you. We accept items to be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
If you would like to return your online purchase in-store simply bring your items to your nearest store location along with a copy of your order confirmation email containing payment details for the purchase. All eligible merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Final Sale items, customized products, intimate apparel, swimwear and beauty products are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit, or exchange. Any Borderfree International orders cannot be accepted in-stores.
We accept merchandise to be returned within 14 days of date of delivery except customized products, intimate apparel, beauty products and items that are marked FINAL SALE.
As of February 1, 2020, we will no longer be offering international shipping. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can monitor the estimated arrival status of your package by clicking here or by clicking on the tracking number link within the shipping confirmation email.
