FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS FOR US ORDERS
We offer free UPS Ground Shipping within the US on all orders with merchandise total of $100 or more. Not the right size? No problem. We also offer free return shipping on orders of $100 or more when a Return Merchandise Authorization is requested on eligible merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Just affix the label to your package, being sure to include the Return Merchandise Authorization, and send it our way.
Please Note: This applies to the shipping within the US only. We cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders at this time.
All merchandise is eligible to be returned within 14 days of date of delivery in the US except for customized items, intimate apparel, swimwear, beauty products and items marked FINAL SALE. Sale items marked 30% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for a refund or web credit.

For a limited time, we are offering $9.95 USD Flat Rate Standard shipping for orders of $150 USD or more on international shipping.
Please note this promotion only applies to Standard shipped orders and will not apply to countries that do not offer Standard shipping.
Any orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States will be handled by our international logistics partner, Borderfree. Depending on your Ship-To address, your order may be available to be shipped by Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). DDP means that during the Borderfree checkout process, the customer will pay all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the requirements set forth by the destination country. DDP guarantees that no additional fees will be due upon the arrival of the order.
In the instance that your Ship-To address is not available for prepaid tax and duties, your order will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). You will be liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. Opening Ceremony is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
MANHATTAN SAME DAY
Opening Ceremony now offers Same Day shipping within Manhattan. Place your order before 12pm EST to receive by the end of the day using the Same Day shipping option. Orders submitted after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Restrictions may apply.
