We offer free FedEx Ground Shipping within the US on all orders with merchandise total of $100 or more. Not the right size? No problem. We also offer free return shipping on orders of $100 or more when a Return Merchandise Authorization is requested on eligible merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Just affix the label to your package, being sure to include the Return Merchandise Authorization, and send it our way.
We accept items to be returned within 14 days of date of delivery in the US except for customized items, intimate apparel, swimwear, beauty products and items marked FINAL SALE. Sale items marked 50% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for an exchange, refund or web credit.
